There is a compatibility problem with Internet Explorer version 9 and the blogger (blogspot) software. It can prevent you adding posts and comments and this problem is being widely experienced by IE9 users.
There is no permanent fix available yet from Microsoft or Blogger (Google).
A workaround is to use another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you don't have either of these, please contact Greg (email KootingalMotorClub@bigfoot.com) and I will give you some setting changes for IE9 that should fix the problems.
